Weekly Rack Reservation: Rent The Rack

Step-By-Step 

01. Rent Your Rack

Secure your rack for $30 per week and reserve your space inside our boutique where you have full control to style, price, and manage your own inventory while reaching intentional shoppers in an elevated retail setting.

02. Prepare Your Inventory

Bring clean, curated, ready-to-sell pieces and use our provided price tags, tagging guns, stickers, and barcode system to properly label and track your items for a smooth selling experience.

03. Saturday Set-Up (8:00 am–10:00 am)

Arrive during designated set-up hours to thoughtfully hang, merchandise, and style your rack in a way that reflects your taste and increases your chances of strong weekly sales.

04. Manage Pricing & Discounts

Stay fully in control by adjusting your pricing and applying 25%, 50%, or 75% discounts through the website at any time during your rental period to keep your rack active and inventory moving.

05. Weekly Selling Period (Monday–Friday)

Your rack remains active throughout the week inside our secure boutique environment featuring cameras, security mirrors, and inventory control tags for higher-value items to help protect your merchandise.

06. Friday Tear-Down (7:00 pm–8:00 pm)

Return during tear-down hours to remove unsold items and reset your rack for the following week, noting that a $15 fee applies for late pickup and items not retrieved by the following Wednesday become property of Closet Revival.

Booking & Payment Policy

All rack rentals are final once booked and paid for. Due to the limited number of rack spaces available each week, we operate under a strict no-refund policy once a reservation has been secured.

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

While refunds are not provided, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

If you need to cancel your reserved week, you may rebook for a different available week under the following conditions:

• You must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled Saturday set-up time.
• Rebooking requests must be made no later than Saturday at 12:00 PM (noon) of your reserved week.
• Rebooking is subject to availability.

If proper notice is not given within the required time frame, or if you fail to reschedule within the allowed window, your booking will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for Saturday set-up without prior 48-hour notice will result in the loss of your booking and payment. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted for missed set-up times.

Agreement to Terms

By reserving and paying for a rack, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These policies allow us to maintain fairness, protect limited rack availability, and ensure an organized weekly rotation for all vendors.
